Before I begin with the cast. Here is the summary: A giant mutant creature lurks inside a forest, waiting for its next prey. The creature doesn’t have to wait much longer after a group of people get into a car accident and must fight for survival against the creature.
CHARACTERS
Nina Hutchison (Stefanie Scott) - The main protagonist. Nina suffered a drug addiction problem. Before the drug addiction, she was on the track team but she is in the forest with her friends to help her get back on track. Can she defeat the beast within the woods? Well.. We'll see how it goes.
Levi Goodwin (Keiynan Lonsdale) - Levi is Nina's encouraging boyfriend. He loves her dearly and would never let anything bad happen to Nina. Well.. We'll see what happens. Levi is on the football team but his parents want him to follow the family footsteps and become a doctor. Will Levi live to tell the story?
Aaliyah Baxter (Sydney Park) - Sweet Aaliyah is Nina's best friend. She has been with Nina since day one. She is considered the weakling of the group of friends but will she be the weakling for long or will she step up and fight back against the creature?
Billie Chambers (Alexandra Breckenridge) - Billie is Violet's oldest sister. Billie works as a bartender. She tries to hide her emotions after her boyfriend died in a bar fight. Her sister and her sister's boyfriend, Leo decide to bring her on a camping trip to help her get some peace.
Violet Chambers (Arielle Kebbel) - Violet is Billie's responsible and caring younger sister and Leo's girlfriend. She hides a secret from Billie that she cannot hide for long.
Nicholas McCarthy (Oliver Hudson) - Nicholas is Connor's over-protective father. Nicholas cares for his son deeply but could his protective side get him killed.
Leo Bradford (Douglas Smith) - Leo is Violet's boyfriend. Leo is laidback and calm but his calmness could get him killed.
Connor McCarthy (Sean Grandillo) - Connor is Nicholas' son. Connor looks up to his father but he could tend to make bad decisions, which could possibly get him killed.
Sam Jennings (Miles Heizer) - Sam is Nina's friend. He is openly gay and couldn't care less what people think of him. He can be a man whore at times. He cares for his friends deeply and would risk his life for his friends.
Brooklyn Mack (Carlson Young) - Brooklyn is Nina's friend and Kennedy's best friend. Brooklyn loves fashion and exercising but the forest is not her thing. She is always by her best friend's side but for how long?
Hunter Briggs (Brett Dier) - Hunter is Nina's friend. Hunter is a little on the man whore side and a little on the dumb side. He is s jock after all but he is sweet. Which could get him killed.
Skylar Forbes (Chelan Simmons) - Skylar is a woman who was in the forest, jogging with her friend Paisley but were attacked by the creature. They ended up in a cabin with Nicholas and Connor and have been trapped ever since. Can she make it out alive?
Kennedy Walton (Madison Riley) - Kennedy is Nina's friend and Brooklyn's best friend. Kennedy is a shopaholic and has the figure of a model. Not really final girl material but we'll see if she makes it out alive.
Paisley Thornton (Odette Annable) - Paisley is Skylar's best friend and was jogging in the woods with Skylar but were attacked by the creature. They ended up in a cabin with Nicholas and Connor and have been trapped ever since. Can she and Skylar make it out alive?
Asher Lowe (Adam DiMarco) - Asher is Nina's friend. He's a nice guy. His parents were murdered one night and Nina was there to help him grieve. He likes Brooklyn but doesn't want to admit it to her because he is afraid of getting heartbroken. Maybe, he'll have the guts to stand up or maybe he'll just be gutted.
